How It Works
Rime monitors every significant moment in the order lifecycle. Once a new activity is recorded – e.g. an order is placed, a payment clears, shares are delivered – Rime sends an automatic notification to your system with the activity details. Your platform receives these notifications instantly and can respond immediately: update your customer’s dashboard, send them an email, trigger compliance workflows, or record the transaction in your systems. This automatic synchronization means your customers never wait for status updates and your operations team always has current information. At every stage, Rime keeps your platform synchronized automatically. Your customers see real-time progress without refreshing their screen.Key Notifications
